We have been marketing and manufacturing lubricant and value-added blending and synthesizing asphalt and asphaltic specialty products for over 4 a decades. Our activities and products have been associated with international projects such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Davao Airport in Philippines, a number of major expressways and airport runways and taxiways in Singapore, such as the Kranji Expressway and the Pan Island Expressway. With the tremendous growth increase of manufacturing and transportation activities traffic throughout pavements, we have moved to full product manufacturing outfit. This activity encompasses plant design and construction, production of high performance polymer modified asphalts and asphalt emulsions, quality control, marketing, distribution and dedicated after sales service for all of our products.

BACKGROUND
	Hin Hin was established over 4 decades ago. From its humble origins as a bicycle and general trading company. Hin Hin is today, the largest independent regional player of asphalt, asphalt specialty products, lubricants and asphalt/fuel tanker owner/operator. Now, and towards the future Hin Hin will continue to evolve with technological and industrial advances to provide a broad range of premium services.

Major Milestones
1970 Hin Hin Company was established in August 31, and started trading in bicycles and general goods. 1985 Initiated registration of COSMIC brand. 1989 Incorporated Cosmic Oil (S) Pte Ltd to trade Cosmic brand petroleum lubricant products. 1993 Incorporated Hin Hin Management & Holdings Pte Ltd as the investment and holding company in Singapore and overseas. Developed Cosmic Bitutainers and this innovation won the contract to supply bitumen for Hong Kong International Airport project. Our first step towards being an integrated logistic solution provider. 1994 Started to blend Polymer Modified Asphalt (PMA) for ESSO Received the most improved Business Award from ESSO Purchased a 50,000sq ft JTC factory at 130 Pioneer Road to expand Lubricant and Asphalts Specialty businesses. 1995 Expanded our integrated logistics solutions to include asphalt tankers by acquisition of our first asphalt tanker M.T.H.H.C of DWT 1,154MT. Built the first 3,000MT capacity Asphalt terminal in Batam Island, Indonesia. 1999 Achieved ISO 9002 Quality Certification for lubricant and specialty asphalt manufacturing, as testimony of our commitment towards quality. Acquistion of 3 bulk storage tanks with a total capacity of 3,000MT in Batam Island, Indonesia. 2000 Entered into a joint venture in China through Jiang Yin Cosmic Specialty Asphalt Co. Limited. Provided the joint venture with technology transfer in the R&D and production of specialty asphalt. 2001 - 2002 Strengthened our technical expertise in specialty asphalt by establishing Cosmic Asphalt Technology Pte Ltd to focus on product development and provision to technical consultancy services. 2007 Launched Cosmicpack, a patented, revolutionary asphalt packaging. Acquisition of new built M.T Cosmic 9 and M.T Cosmic 10 with DWT capacity of 3,000m/ton and 4986m/ton respectively as part of fleet renewal program to continually upgrade our fleet. Acquisition of our first fuel tanker Cosmic 11 of DWT 1,368MT to support our fuel business. Related Company, PT Cosmic Indonesia and PT Pelayaran Nasional Aeromic, respectively secured Fuel Marketing License and Fuel Sea Transportation License from MIGAS (the Oil & Gas Directorate of the Republic of Indonesia Department of Energy & Natural Resources. Commenced fuel marketing and trading and sea transportation in Indonesia. 2009 Ground breaking for a 30,000M3 capacity fuel storage terminal. 2010 Acquisition of fuel tankers M.T. Cosmic 18 of DWT capacity of 9,200m/ton as the flagship of our fleet of 11 asphalt and fuels tankers. PT Cosmic Indonesia secured Fuel Storage License from MIGAS of Indonesia.

	Branding Our registered trademark is "COSMIC". We have a comprehensive range of specialty asphalts and lubricant products quality branded as "COSMIC" which are produced according to stringent quality assurance systems. Our branding strategy focuses on producing quality and high value products to deliver customer satisfaction and to build goodwill and image associated with the "COSMIC" brand. Over the years, our effective branding strategy has thus led us to creating a successful presence in the region.
	Supply Chain Management We offer a unique suite of logistic solutions to manage our customers' supply chain. It is our responsibility to ensure that our customers get their products timely and economically. We have one of the most comprehensive fleet of specialized asphalt tankers in East Asia, asphalt storage terminals, a wide network of supply sources and strong, diversified customer base.We also own and operate a fuel storage terminal, and a fleet of fuel tankers, to support our fuel business.
	Product Development Our Cosmic Asphalt Technology Pte Ltd (CAT) is a R&D (Research and Development) company vehicle under the Hin Hin Group, to develop new technologies in the production and use of asphalt - as well as to provide professional asphalt technology consultancy services to the industry. Our R&D function also undertake to improve the performance of asphalt, extend the life of asphalt pavements, develop other non-traditional uses for bitumen and find innovative solutions to transport asphalt. Our expertise lies in the use of polymer technology to alter / modify the physical properties of asphalt to provide a valued-added proposition to end-users. Our high performance Polymer Modified Asphalt binders are used on most of the expressways in China (Jiangsu), Singapore and - the region. We have also filled several patents and received an innovation grant from EDB and IE Singapore to undertake research for new asphalt packaging to replace conventional steel drums.

	Regional We are a pan-Asian player in the asphalt and lubricant business. Our revenue is derived from principal markets such as Singapore, China and Indonesia. Other countries that we have a presence are Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
